Description

RTX-1200B-GR Series model is designed to heat trace production lines, fuel gas, flare, venting, water lines and many other application to a distance of 300'-500" ft of tracing. This system is retro-fitted with a unique pump exhaust gas recovery system the captures vented gas and introduced gas back into fuel gas supply system. This system eliminates or drastically reduces vented gas emissions.

Complete Unit Box

• 1 - Utility Box (4' X 4' X 2) with Secondary Containment.
• 1 - 12 X 24 Catalytic Heater ( CSA, NAT Gas, 10,000 BTU Rating )
• 1 - Radiant Tracer Model RTX-1200 Series Heat Tracing System
• 1 - ½" Wilden / Sandpiper Diaphragm Circulating Pump
• 1 - Temperature Controller
• 1 - High Temperature Shutdown Controller All regulators, inlet gas filteration, temperature gauges, fuel inlet gas valve, and all connection settings.
